In the UMAI circle, I felt my uterus move while I was allowed to hold Navajo Wedding Basket in front of my uterus and heart. The scent brought back and moving the scent of my son’s birthing process and its experiences. In the after-effect, I feel that I can still do something with that.
I also received the message (again) that I can take up my space even more. This time not in relation to others, but within my own limiting beliefs and patterns, created when I was still in the bath myself.
