In this event we, Deborah and I, will guide you slowly inwards with meditation and physical movement to go deeply into your drum journey.
We will start with a short introduction to a Shamanic DRUM JOURNEY, followed by a guided MEDITATION to find your own personalized way to focus your mind more inwards and start your journey. A guided class of YIN YOGA will help you to fully travel into your DRUM JOURNEY.
