Yin & Drum Journey a shamanic Travel Inwards

We, Deborah and I will start with a short introduction to a Shamanic Drum Journey, followed by a Guided Meditation to find your own personalized way to focus your mind more inwards and start your journey. A guided class of Yin Yoga will hep you to fully travel into your Drum Journey.

In this Workshop we will guide you slowly inwards with meditaion and physical movement to go deeply into your drum journey. This workshop is suitable for all levels, no previous experience is needed.
