I will start with a short introduction to a Shamanic Drum Journey, followed by a Guided Meditation to find your own personalized way to focus your mind more inwards and start your journey. A guided class of meridians exercises will help you to fully travel into your Drum Journey.
In this Workshop I will guide you slowly inwards with meditation and physical movement to go deeply into your drum journey. This workshop is suitable for all levels, no previous experience is needed.
